I'm on an Xbox series x and the same thing is happening to me... even with the items I want to buy in build mode. I have to physically click the scroll bar and move it up and down. I am also having an issue selecting colors for items. I have to select the color change tool and manually do it on most items.

    My scroll bar keeps vanishing altogether. I can move it usually but the bar isn't always there. I don't know if it's related to this. It happens occasionally since the patch to address crashing after the patch that broke the controls.

    What a mess this is, we need to know what's happening.
