[ARCHIVED] [PS4] [ECO] Evergreen harbor flickering pyramids (Patch 1.61)

@ForgottenFilly I am now having this problem too. I just bought and installed eco lifestyle, sold my home in my current save, and bulldozed the shipment home in Evergreen to start my rags to riches challenge. I noticed everything was flickering, from concrete pipes, fences, to all the rocks. I moved my household to a house in another world (Brindleton Bay). Objects were still flickering there. Started a new save, moved directly into an apartment lot in Evergreen and it was still glitching.
