I have also this issue on PS5

I just checked Evergreen Harbor again just now, and it's still having the issue. I have a PS4 Slim. I hope a patch fixes this for good someday.

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.64
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except High School Years and Journey to Batuu
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Load into Evergreen Harbor
What happens when the bug occurs? Environment objects flickering
What do you expect to see? Objects and the environment to appear normal
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

I just started having this issue again on PS5 after not having it for a long time. I opened a lot on the docks in Evergreen Harbor (build mode only) and it was glitching like crazy. Then I played a household in San Myshuno and it was normal. Then I loaded a different household in Sulani and again it’s glitching like crazy.

 Is there anything I can do to try to fix it?

My save game fixed itself 🥳- playing on PS5.

Being in the Civil Designer career, I moved to the Old Mill House in Evergreen Harbor and things were fine for a good while. Then we voted in the Modern Development NAP and the bug triggered.

I ignored it as best I could and went on vacation to Sulani Tues/Wed after the NAP went into effect, as Sims do.

Came back home and unfortunately the bug was still everywhere. Restarted the game using reset (hold down L1 + L2 + R1 + R3 when launching the game) and viola! Bug is GONE. Who knows if it will stay gone. I'm moving in a few Sim weeks anyway so I'm enjoying it for now! The neighborhood upgrades are in effect and it's quite lovely*.

@DramaQ1 - It's very hit and miss. I have one save where it's fine, one where it's broken. I've created new saves and immediately checked to find it broken from the start. This is one of the most unpredictable (and most eyesore) glitches I've ever seen.
