[ARCHIVED] [PS4/XB1] Smudged tattoos, blurred make-up in Live Mode

I have had this issue for almost a year now!! It first started as one or two tattoos being blurry when I play with my sims but now I can't use ANY base game and Island Living tattoos. But yet the tattoos look completely normal when I'm in CAS. It started with the update for bunk beds and when I got Dream Home Decorator game pack. I have tried everything to fix this and I play on console so I can't adjust the graphics settings. Does anyone else have this bug? Or learned how to fix it for consoles? I enjoy this game so much but it sucks that I can't even play it properly.
