Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I've sent error reports after every crash.
What happens when the bug occurs? Game has been opening less and less often with frequent "Adjusting Graphics" error messages. Have tried to clear cache, saving as new game, and today it crashed every time I tried to open any household.
What do you expect to see? I just want to play my game. I've worked very hard on this save and frankly I'll be devastated to lose all that work.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.

Hello. After getting the Sims 4 Growing together, I have had significant issues loading my game. For example, the game crashes when I try to play in a household. The loading bar will fill up as usual, and the music indicator that the game is loaded starts, but soon after, it will crash and send me to the Xbox menu screen. I have tried all the usual restarts and clear cache steps, but the issue persists. This issue consistently happens, and I start over about six times before I can play in a household/lot. But if I try to play again on another day, the same issue persists again. Not sure if this is a bug or if anyone else is having this issue on consoles.
My game has been crashing since this morning , every time i go to any household and it’s about to finish loading it crashes . I have done everything from delete the game , restore licenses and delete save files and nothing is working , what is going on my game is completely unplayable

My game has crashed twice now in the space of 2 hours.
I posted in the console technical issues but apparently my posts got deleted so I thought I’d create a new topic.
The crashes happen when I exit build mode or try and travel. It’s extremely frustrating and means I’m having to constantly save my game in case it happens again
This has been a problem for me as well since the infant patch. Not every time, but I would say each time I travel, exit build mode, or exit camera mode there’s a 20-30% chance that the game crashes. I’ve also started saving every 5 minutes just in case. Also on PS5.
Yeah, I can't even play the game for too long because it keeps crashing whenever I need to load. So, going into CAS, traveling, or even going into manage worlds will crash the game.
I have had these problems for more than 2 months now, and it is frustrating. I can't go anywhere with my sims (besides my home lot) without my game crashing. Some days, I can't even load into my game without it crashing. This is very disappointing after spending hundreds of dollars on a game that I can't really play without some kind of issue.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play for a bit and try to travel, go into CAS or build and the game will crash. Or even go into managed worlds like any type of loading seems to crash the game.

Same! I'm on PS5 as well and have every pack but the Menswear kit. Crashes all the time and that never happened before

My game doesn't crash in the middle of playing, luckily. But it does crash most times if I'm trying to travel, going to manage worlds, and trying to exit a save file. Happens a lot too but lesser than the others is when I'm entering or exiting cas, entering or exiting build mode.
@PoorPluto43 I had this issue for a long time. In fact I couldn't play at all for a few months at the end of last year until January. In desperation I deleted everything and started my game completely from scratch. That worked for me, but it was extremely drastic. It crashed a few times after patch 1.69 but that affected so many players that a patch was issued to fix it and that worked again.
There are less drastic things you can try and I'll attach the troubleshooting guide which has tips to follow:

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? play for awhile then try to save or travel.
What happens when the bug occurs? my game crashes, I try to load it up again it fails. I try a second time and load in however I'm then asked to accept the terms and privacy policy, all my settings are back to default and I'm put offline with no game saves. I reload my game again and all my save files return. and I do this all over again the next time it happens which has happened twice now.
What do you expect to see? to not have to accept the terms and privacy policy over and over again, when my game crashes.
