What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Island living, highschool years, get together, Growing together, eco lifestyle, get famous, get to work, and cats and dogs.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Everytime I try to manage worlds or travel my game spontaneously crashes to the xbox home screen.
What happens when the bug occurs? Game crashes to the home screen.
What do you expect to see? The game to keep running.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.

Please describe the patch or change you made. I haven't tried anything yet
The problem occurs spontaneously it could be after I edit a household or make a new household. If I click manage world or my sims travel to a different location the game crashes to the xbox home screen.
