Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I've sent error reports after every crash.
What happens when the bug occurs? Game has been opening less and less often with frequent "Adjusting Graphics" error messages. Have tried to clear cache, saving as new game, and today it crashed every time I tried to open any household.
What do you expect to see? I just want to play my game. I've worked very hard on this save and frankly I'll be devastated to lose all that work.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Load into something like build/buy
What happens when the bug occurs? Game crashes / error msg/ PS5 home screen
What do you expect to see? Game not crashing/being able to use all aspects of game

Please describe the patch or change you made. After Growing Together & before latest patch for tooth update
My game is consistently crashing for all saves/families when I: go in/out of build buy, when going in/out of CAS, when traveling to/from home lots or other lots,
I've been also having this problem since the recent update and pack release on the PS5.
