same thing just happened to me. i never had an issue with reaper's rewards but i have Life and Death and was playing the reaper career while also romancing Grim, came to work one day and all of a sudden there's a new Grim Reaper. i have MCCC, so if anyone knows of a way to get rid of the duplicate using that or cheats i'd really appreciate it.
edit: literally in the SAME WORK DAY i came back to the office after reaping and there's now a 3rd Grim???

Thank you all so much for sharing the information needed to assist the team. Even though some issues weren't able to be resolved by the conclusion of the Reaper's Rewards event, we were able to use that data provided to improve the experience for future events.
