What happens when the bug occurs? I was working on the tasks and then the event bar went away after traveling to the magic realm
What do you expect to see? The event bar to chow me the next tasks in the rewards event

I completed the first task and now the second one won't show up. It went away after traveling to the magic realm for a fishing task. I've closed and reopened the game and it hasn't come back.

I have been playing the sims 4 grim event and halfway through the event bar disappeared. I have been updating and resting my game for a week but nothing has helped. Is there a way to fix the challanges/ event windows. As I would like to complete the event before time runs out. It has been happening for two weeks now.

I attached the other images in a word document. I can see the rewards for the event but the quest to complete it is missing. I had it in the beging and then it disappeared. 

I have had no issues with the reaper's rewards till the latest update, I've tried removing all mods, starting a new household, repairing my game no luck. I dont want to miss the last of the rewards after i work the last few weeks keeping up and playing them. Can anybody help me please!!

I've had an issue with the event for a few days and have tried several fixes with no success. In game I got to Week 5 and was building up satisfaction points to buy the potion of youth. Then for some reason the intro game quests popped up - the one that has you use your phone or gain some skills - and the reaper rewards vanished. The little box with grim was still there and could be clicked to show the event but no quests popped up. I've tried starting a new game, removing cashe from the game files, removing all my save files and starting fresh, fixing the game in the EA app. I don't want to have to resort to uninstalling and then redownloading the game but it's starting to look like I might have to. I'm not using any mods currently.

What do I do if I can't connect to the internet? That is where my problem started. I was trying to collect my reward and my game would not connect to the internet so I tried deleting the data.tb file but I didn't see that I needed to backup the User.ni. file. Ever since I deleted the userdata file I have not been able to find the Reaper's Rewards Tab, and I still can't connect to the internet even though the EA app says I'm online and connected to the internet.

hellloooooooooo EA the event is almost over and no one has responded to anything I've posted anywhere

Only 5 days left in the event and it's still not working. Mine hasn't worked since the end of week 2! I'm on Xbox and there's been zero fixes. So, is everyone that's had an issue going to get all the items that they're missing out on due to the event/ game not working properly (like the last event where all the items disappeared)?

Hello, It has been a month. I provided screenshots and met all your requirements, deleted mods restored old saves etc

Not sure why this is for people with no event tab when the original post was for everyone experiencing issues, the tab comes up for me but the event isn't working....was there at least a fix for this?
