[ARCHIVED] Reaper's Reward: No Event at All

Hey all!

This thread is for those of you who have no event tab at all on The Sims 4 main menu or a Grim icon in game to click on to access the Reaper's Rewards event.

Please comment in this thread with a screenshot of both your main menu and from in game (to show the missing Grim icon that should be on the left side of the screen), but ONLY if you meet the following criteria:

  • Upon reaching the main menu you have no event tab, and in game no Grim icon to click on to open the Event UI.



  • You are connected online on your PC/Mac/Console (Can you connect to gallery? If yes, you're online).

  • Your Online Social Features Access setting is enabled under Settings - Game Options - Other:

Please make sure that when you're sharing the screenshots described above, that you're doing so from the account you login to play The Sims 4 on, so we can capture the needed account data.

    Hey all,

    As the Reaper's Rewards event has now ended, this thread has been archived. 

    Thank you all so much for sharing the information needed to assist the team. Even though some issues weren't able to be resolved by the conclusion of the Reaper's Rewards event, we were able to use that data provided to improve the experience for future events. 

    As always, we continue to learn and explore how we can provide the best possible experience for all who play The Sims 4, and will use the information in this thread to make decisions on how we can best move forward for future events.

    After the last update the ability to see the weekly quests to complete the event. I have the reaper icon and it will take me to event but will not load quests. I am unable to finish event before it closes. I even tried a fresh save with deleting my thumbnail and avatar cache. I would give screenshot but my screen looks like everyone else's who are experiencing the same thing. I am PC player. I also did a fresh save with 0 mods or CC.
