Im doing the grim event and i cannot get the option to ask spirits about ambrosia on the seance table to pop up. My sim is max out on medium skill. Edit By Crinrict: Added Tag to Title, Adjusted Title, moved to bugs.

@Winterlust123 Have you done all the other tasks ? You don't need any skill, just the pack.

Also are you using any mods/cc ?

Im on ps4 and its the only task i have left.
I do have cheats on but i dont thing its the same thing as mods and cc.

@Winterlust123 Have you tried replacing the table ?

Do you have the other tasks to do a seance ? There are two tables that look very similar to my knowledge.

And no, mods and cheats are not the same. You can't have mods/cc on console.

Yeah, this is my last task to do as well and that option isn't popping up on the seance table at all. it's giving me other options like "ghastly ritual' but the ambrosia one isn't pooping up as a option at all. I am playing from a laptop, do you know how to fix this ?

Few tips for everyone

Make sure you use the right table including chairs (Séance table not Table of Rage)

If you have any mods, remove them

Try if buying a new table helps.

Repair your game

Try a different save game.

I haven't had problems, I used the table but I added the glass orb on top of it, and 2 chairs. I'm on PC. Win 10 DX 11.

I am having the same problem. And I am also having a problem with the quest tracker in the upper left hand corner. I can't click on it to see what quests I still have to do or what are done. So maybe I am missing a step. I don't know. Hoping someone can help with the séance table.

In Bulid/Buy Mode. Check the picture I added to the post. The items I circled in red are the ones you need. You can choose to buy the complete set, or just the table with also a chair and crystal ball. As you will see from the picture there is another table that is very similar, but it's not the right one.
