    Hey all!

    This thread has been determined to contain discussion of 2 separate issues. I've locked it now to prevent further posts conflating the separate issues. 

    Please see below for where to follow progress on these issues going forward:

    Issue 1: Reaper's Rewards: Grim Icon Visible But No Quests Available

    • Please use this thread if:
      • You see the Reaper's Rewards event screen in game but DO NOT see quests to complete. 

    • This issue has a potential fix via renaming or moving The Sims 4 folder:

      • Close The Sims 4.
      • Go to Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 and move the entire The Sims 4 folder to your desktop.
      • Relaunch the game and you'll have a new folder (no saves, no local data, since you moved or renamed the folder)
      • Your saves and other user data are safely stored in The Sims 4 folder you moved/renamed. 
    • Issue 2: Reaper's Rewards: Quests Not Completing
      • Please use this thread if:
        • You see the Reaper's Rewards event in game.
        • You see quests available.
        • The quests do not complete when they should.

Similar to mine. My Spellcaster sim doesn't have a glimmestone anymore so I used the spell Teleportation to the Realm of Magic. Upon arriving the bonus task (for players who own the ROM EP) was gone. I saved before go to ROM, because I had a suspicion that the bonus missions are wiped out when you change lots, and I was right, the task was gone.
I exited without saving, reloaded the save, but the task was gone forever.

@GiardiniDiMarzo @AuntNinja I did get the points for the task though. I just think it fulfills by going to the realm and not caster alley.

Are you short of points at the end ?

    @crinrict 

    Actually no, the green bar went past the fish reward. Maybe I actually got the 100 points from the quest, but I can't know for sure because last week I had also gotten the extra points from the séance.

    The point remains that after opening the letter from the Ambrosia Society, no message appeared in the upper right corner.

      @GiardiniDiMarzo Those without the packs are saying they are short on points so I think you did get them.

    @crinrict Yes, I did get all the points and was able to collect all the rewards for the week.
