I can't access the Reaper event rewards through Live mode or the main screen - anyone else? I have saved, closed and reopened the game, still nothing and can't progress without the Grimophone! Any ideas? Edit By Crinrict: Adjusted Title

Please also ensure the following: You are connected online on your PC/Mac/Console (Can you connect to gallery? If yes, you're online). Your Online Social Features Access setting is enabled under Settings - Game Options - Other.

Yep- the Me Too button is greyed out for me right now but it's the same. I can't open the rewards panel. Seen at least two people on the Discord with the same issue.

I've been trying to play the reaper event for an hour now, ive restarted my app and laptop multiple times. Ive waited while in live mode to see if grim calls or shows up and its not working. It shouldve started at 9:30 am on the 24th of september, but its not working for me. i dont have any mods or anything, i just have base game, why isnt it working?? please help.

I was struggling with this too and after a bit of testing I managed to get it to show by going to game options - other and enabling online social features access. Hope this helps everyone

@NatHoo666 I'm having the same issue when I have mods and script mods on. When they are off it works neatly. So what I'm experiencing is definitely a mod issue. I don't know which one exactly, am trying to narrow it down, but my suspicion is anything that might change the game's UI, such as more columns in CAS, Better Build Buy or even TOOL.

Has EA said anything about this? I’m having the same problem and I really hope they fix it because I wasn’t able to get a single log in reward for the last event because I also couldn’t open that one at all. I want to progress but need the gramophone!

@mylofarmer Have you narrowed it down yet to which it may be? I’m definitely not wanting to remove all mods as my sims are all CC and that would create issues with saving haha. But I may have to in order to get rewards

the only mods I have installed are TOOL and Better Build Buy, no CC or any other mods, so it's definitely one of those two if not both. I was able to restart my game and claim half of the items on the events tab of the main menu (including the grimophone) with mods on though. But I did have to turn off both CC and Script mods in order to access live mode events UI.

I have just removed UI Cheats , TOOL & BBB and it works. So one/all of those.

I only had TOOL downloaded and once I deleted that one it was fixed, so I assume it is TOOL the one that is causing the issue.
