[ARCHIVED] Reaper's Rewards Event not available at all

i have the same issue and no matter what i do to fix it nothing works at first it came up but the quest window was blank so i logged out and it then dispreared all together how do i fix it i have tried all the fixes n nothing works

My main menu looks exactly like Soanad. I am signed in and online too.

i can’t get the event to show up at all for me, i’ve disabled all of my mods, and sat in live mode for an hour and nothing is popping up from grim. i’ve restarted my game as well, super frustrating! does anyone know how to fix this?

I just removed TOOL and it resolved my issue - not sure I had UI cheats at all (couldn't find it) and I left BBB in

The Event doesn't pop up for me at all!!!!

I FIGURED IT OUT!!! Atleast for me, it now works and with all mods- MCC and UI

I had the freaking Online Social Feature Access turned off. The second I turned it back on I got the Reaper rewards to appear!! Hope this helps somebeody else!

Update i fixed my game i had to take the save games out n back them uo and then delete all the sims 4 folders and even the electric arts folder and then uninstall the game and the reinstall all the game and packs and even put my save games back and the mods in and it is work all gd so unforntley it might be the fix for other ppl

The reaper tasks do not show up at all. There has not been a box to show the tasks or anything in my game. I’ve played everyday since it’s been available and the tasks haven’t shown up ever. I do not use mods or cc so it’s not that. I’ve updated my game and repaired it thinking that would fix it but still nothing.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? bud i haven't a clue
What happens when the bug occurs? like the event just isn't showing up
What do you expect to see? nothing my guy, nothing is showing up T-T
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

ok so basically the reaper's rewards event is just not showing up in my game and I have no idea why. i've messed around in the sims 4 files that others said fixed the issue, i took out my mods (not just disabled, completely took out), did the "repair" thing multiple times, made new in-game saves, nothing is working... like i saw videos of people playing the event and since the day it started they were getting a huge pop up on the home screen advertising the event, i never got that. i just have all the advertisement stuff that was there before the 24th pre-advertising the event (the how-to video and the blog post link). i really dont know what else i can do to make it show up :/
