Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Reaper Reward's Wk 3 "the first ingredient" Need to Catch Anglelfish. Completed the visit to the Magic Shops at Glimmerbrook. Completed "Learning from the Green Lady."
What happens when the bug occurs? i hit the bug at the fishing of angelfish part. luckily i got second one, but i've caught the angelfish 3 times and the Rewards Challenge don't recognize them and progress the sys. ADDITIONAL Bug: Not all fishing spots are accessible. Spots read as obstructed and not accessible despite being clear with no blockage (ex.: Sulani locations)
What do you expect to see? Complete Reward Challenge and Claim Reward
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I am having an issue where my sim “examined the water” prior to attempting to fish and she saw an angelfish. After seeing one in the water the reward challenge disappeared but I never got any event points. 

I then caught 2 angelfish and I still didn’t get event points so I never actually reached the last reward of week 3 which is the batfish. 

Anyone know a fix for this? Anyone having the same issue?

I'm having the same issue. The little pop up disappeared and when I click on the event, week 3's "the first ingredient" is incomplete despite having just caught an angelfish. 

UPDATE ... Week 3 Still Will NOT Progress. Week 4 is now infected.

Description: Still not able to progress and claim rewards for Week 3 of the REAPER REWARDS despite having caught Angel Fish. Task Tab has disappeared -- i.e. not even the tasks pop up for Week 4. Week 4 is "unlocked" but cannot start. Only can view reward timeline. Have rebooted game multiple times. Have done 2 Repairs. Not change.

Also finding it impossible to complete "The First Ingredient" I completed the fish an angelfish task but when I travel to casters alley this wont check off even if i go and buy an angel fish. I've tried many times removed mods and repaired the game twice and this task still wont clear. Any help much appreciated. Thanks

Afterwards I tried a different save and managed to complete week 3 of the reapers reward event but even though it says all quests are complete i'm unable to start week 4 of the event. I again repaired the game but I'm still unable to start week 4's quests. I've attached a screenshot of what it looks like.

Also experiencing the issue. Last week I completed week 3 of the tasks, claimed all the rewards. Now we're on week 4, the task for the first ingredient is showing as incomplete, even though I caught an angel fish and collected the reward. So week 4 is unlocked, but tasks are not loaded and I can't get started on them. I'm so frustrated. I spent 5 whole (Sim) days of my Sim fishing to catch an angel fish since the issue, to see if it would trigger it being completed, but nothing. Hope there's a fix soon!

I started a new save file and I was able to start week 4 Reaper's Reward Event this way, it seems to kick start it and you can go back to your other saves and continue that way. I havn't completed it all yet but will update.

*Update* Part way through the game crashed and when I logged back into that save file it's back to showing no progress on Week 4 and no way to continue. I repeated starting a new save file and it started it up again only to crash again minutes later and back to square one..
