[ARCHIVED] Routing Issues

Sorry, I've been really busy with uni these last days, it might be some time before I get back into playing... Will report back then! Thx for your help so far!

My sims will not use the refrigerator or the stove to cook. They only use the grill. Every time I try to have them cook a meal, a little bubble pops up that shows the sims cant walk in the area in front of the fridge or stove. There is nothing visible blocking their way. They've been able to cook just fine up until this point and I have added or changed anything in the kitchen area. I built my sims cooking and gourmet cooking skills up to the max level 10, and they cant use any of the cooking skills.

This is usually caused by something over the stove (lamp maybe ?) or something INSIDE the stove. Did you check if it's empty ?

I'm adding a route failure first reported on the forums here that I was able to reproduce. Sims route fail when asked to wash their hands in a sink when the sink has been placed in close proximity to a shower and end counter piece. Note that bb.moveobjects was *not* used to place any of the objects; they can be placed in the positions discussed below with no issue. Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a 3x3 room
2. Place a counter in one corner
3. Place a sink on the counter
4. Place an end counter piece adjoined to the counter
5. Place a shower two tiles across from the sink, with its door facing the sink
6. Place a door so that the sim can enter the room
7. Direct the sim to wash his/her hands - route failure will occur

Note that if you subsequently move either the end counter or shower out of the room and then re-direct the sim to wash his/her hands, there will be no route failure. You can then replace the shower or end counter and again, there will be no further route failures. However, if you save, exit, and reload the game, route failures will occur again.

Edit:  This appears to be fixed in the 10/25/16 patch.  I no longer get routing errors with this configuration.

Sims can't run romantic interactions like kissing on benches in Windenburg.

I'm having the same problem here since the launch of Get Together this happens ☹️

@crinrict There are also route errors with romantic interactions on some Forgotten Hollow benches...

Which ones ? 

Okay so:

I Have a game with a married (soon to be divorced) couple named Darryl and Savannah. Savannah cheated on Darryl with some guy and Darryl got upset. So i made them fight. HOWEVER, Sav's energy was low so she went upstairs to go sleep. But when i queued up the fight she stopped. Meanwhile, Darryl went to the place she would have stopped (somewhere upstairs) and began the fight. But he was fighting air in a cloud of smoke. Meanwhile, Sav was outside fighting air without a cloud. It looked so silly. I Have a video, i'll try to post it.
