When I opened the game after I installed the latest patch update the bushes were and still are green in winter time (they weren’t yesterday the 3th of September before I updated the game). I expect them to change colours with the seasons like before.
Do you currently have snow ?

@crinrict It’s winter right now and bushes and flowers that always changed colour before are still very green (like they haven’t change from summer to winter) but it doesn’t happen with the tree.

I'm also seeing this in my game after the Sept 3/20 game update.
Here are some shots from before the update (I got them from a video recorded before the update where it's still winter):
Here are some screenshots of from after the game update (same save, similar locations as the before shots, and it's still winter, but it's night time in both shots):
It's a bit hard to see, but in the after screenshots the hedge (from Island Living) has the flowers on it, which it doesn't in the before screenshot. In the second screenshot, the shrubs and grass in the world are also more green in the after screenshot than the before screenshot.
My game version is PC: 1.66.139.1020, no mods/cc in my game, I have all the packs up to and including Nifty Knitting, and I repaired my game after the update.
Best regards,

I can confirm that I had some very green plants in the winter prior to the Sept 3, 2020 patch. This pic was taken before I installed the patch:
I can also confirm that there appears to be even more very green plants in the winter after the Sept. 3 patch. Here is a pic I took in Newcrest prior to installing patch:
Here is a pic at the same lot, same in-game day, after installing the patch:
