[ARCHIVED] [S] Weather Effects Occurring Inside Structures

Hi, since yesterdays update 1/14/2025 I get a bug which affects the weather (rain/snow). Basically I can see the VFX animations of the rain/ snow that you could usually see outdoors, now also indoors even with camera on the ground level. I already deleted localthumbcache and the few minor mods I had in my folder (no mods that would have an effect on the weather/ no ui mods/ no mccc) and created a new save to test it. Apparently this bug shows up in all saves now. I hope someone can help me with this, as for me personally I would consider this gamebreaking and won´t be able to play until this is resolved.
