Me too after Jan. 14 2025 update; & I'm on PC, & use dx9 setting. Snowing inside my City Living apartment.
At first I thought it was happening because of another bug with apartments in Fashion District missing ceilings, which I'd replaced rooms to create new ceilings,(except halls with elevator & mailbox which stay glitched since they're un-editable). But it wasn't snowing inside till latest patch. {By the way sims team please fix that ceiling bug, I think you broke them when you fixed ceiling lighting glitch probably... anyway it's been reported since I think oct 2024, plenty of time you could have looked into it.}😔😞 1313 21 chic street ceilings are missing since bug, & the report in ahq named 2 other apartments in Fashion District I think, also missing ceilings, can see sky.
Edit: Just went to repair game & delete local cache, just letting you know that did not fix it.
