brand spanking new game. Nothing installed at all extra. Attached screencaps and will send you the game file.

    I'm totally unable to recreate. For me it's def. snowing outside and not inside.

    Will tag this as needs input though to see if anyone else has the same issue.

    I'm sorry but I have the same problem as well (I last played today March 7th) and it snowed INSIDE of the penthouse. here you can see a screenshot of it. it's definitely insude
