Expansions: Get to Work, Get Together, City Living, Cats & Dogs, Get Famous, Discover University, Snowy Escape, Cottage Living Game Packs: Spa Day, Dine Out, Dream Home Decorator Stuff Packs: Movie Hangout, Vintage Glamour, Fitness, Tiny Living
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Make a Sim plan mountain climb excursion social event through phone or calendar, select sims, and when you're about to select a location generic lot/llama icon will be greeting you.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game takes me to the 'manage world' screen without having my sims. If I click Sutefani Onsen Bathhouse, the options are either Build or Visit. If I select my Sims to visit the Onsen, the loading screen never ends and it crashes my game.
What do you expect to see? I want my sims able to successfully start mountain climb excursion.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
This bug has been going on for years. I stopped playing many times because of this, I read that it's fixed and so I started playing again. But apparently, it isn't.
