I also had a similar issue but with the fear of the dark. Took the fear be gone aspiration potion, which removed the fear from my Sim's profile, but the moodlet still randomly triggers. Even tried removing the invisible fear with console commands but it still triggers.

    @Angrypsycho5  - I had the Moodlet with Wants & Fears turned off, so my Sim couldn't even drink Fear-B-Gone. The "Drink..." option was greyed out and it said they need to have a Fear to use it. Moodlet Solver potions didn't work either. Tried that twice.
