@iamsweetmystery You don't have the fear present cause you have them turned off, right ?
It could be the same cause for both issues really, just wanted to distinguish between the fear itself being present or not :D

@crinrict - So, I did find a bit of a workaround that, at the very least seems to have made the Moodlet go away (for now) based on how you helped me handle the problem a few months ago with the W&F not turning off properly. I activated Wants & Fears, saved my game, restarted, deactivated Wants & Fears, saved again, restarted again. The Moodlet stopped cycling and timed out around 7:30am and hasn't come back yet. How long that will last remains to be seen. Like putting a bandage on a broken leg, really. Doesn't get to the root of the problem, but it makes things a bit better for now.
Edit: Disregard that. The Moodlet just reappeared at 3:13 in the afternoon, just after she got off school. This is just plain broken.
