Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the game
What happens when the bug occurs? My sim has no fears but always has the Scared moodlet, I have abandoned multiple games as when my kids age up to Teens they always get this fear and I can't get rid of it.
What do you expect to see? no fear
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
I have tried drinking the Fear be gone potion, making my sim brave, removing the trait. Disabling Vampire packs, I have even turned off playing with Wants and Fears and the moodlet is still there!
The below fix seemed promising but alas, it's still bust.
Could you test if the workaround in the solution post works for you (I've merged your post with current thread for this)
