Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Create a sim (kid) and have him face his fear of the dark and cure it. One day, it appears again and the fear of the dark trait is added. Cure the fear with a potion, the trait disappears but now the Sim gets affraid of the dark every time they go out, even during the day. Deactivate the fears and needs in gameplay options, the fear continues to appear. Have the sim become a teenager and the fear continues to appear, today it was noon in simcity when it happened!

What do you expect to see? My Sims should be cured of their fear of the dark when we successfully face it and drink a potion. Moreover, they should not be afraid of the dark every time they step foot outside even when it is in full daylight.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
