[ARCHIVED] Sim Gets Fear of the Dark After Being Cured (Patch 1.97.42)

I'm playing rotationally and one of my Sims in another household got fear of the dark as a child. She aged up to a teenager with the fear. I switched to that household and had her drink a fear be gone potion from the rewards store. It "cleared" the fear but she still gets the "afraid of the dark" moodlet and still runs around afraid all the time, even during the day. This is happening in a save created in early October, so even though it was supposed to be fixed awhile ago, it's still happening in fresh saves.
