Yes, I did. I have restarted the game several times and my sim is still stuck.
Before. I enabled mods option per habit but ended up disabling them again as there was a conflict with TOOL (MCCC was updated for this new patch but I didn't really want to risk it) and when I loaded the game back up, my Sim ended up dying because she got hysterical from watching TV and got stuck reacting to becoming a ghost. I thought it was just bugged out, since new updates for any game usually always comes with one or two bugs so I got some of the vitality nectar and managed to revive her (I had to manually put the bottle in her inventory as I got it from the Gallery since the action got cancelled if it wasn't) but even now, when she's alive, she's still reacting to becoming a ghost (she's alive again). She's got the "The Possibilites Are Endless" moodlet that will last for 8 in-game hours so I might end up trying to get rid of it to see if that will make her stop her loop but I haven't tried yet.
