I think its related to this issue as well, please "me too" this one as I noticed my sims eyes look "droopier" in their portrait and also affected in game their eyes closing and appearing to roll back in their head (yiiikkess)

Yeah, I believe several eye issues, including how eyeliner is lighter now that comes with preset eyes, are related to this eye shape bug. I can't even play the game right now because of this because I take many screenshots for my sims story, and well, sims aren't looking the same right now, and in a negative way. Whatever they did in the last update or the one before, it mutated the eye shape of sims.
Yeah, there are just too many bugs to fix them all, but bugs that affect the appearance of the sims really should take priority. I really hope they fix this bug too because I can't play the game until it does get fixed. I only use the TS4 for storytelling, and I take a lot of screenshots.
