I agree with the threads being merged. I would recommend the eyelids not closing being merged with this thread and keeping the title as eye shape has changed though because it seems that the bugged shaped of the eyes is most likely the root cause of that issue as well.
Another thing I would like to say is that if it is the new eyelashes feature that is causing this, get rid if it. They don't look that good vs the CC lashes, and it's just not worth deforming the sims eyes because of this.
As stated several times, I can no longer continue on with my sim story that has been going on since the launch of TS4 because of this because all of my sims look different vs the screenshots that have been taken since the 2014 launch of TS4 in a negative way because this bug affects their eyes and it looks off.
inZOI is now just around the corner, and it looks promising, but I really love TS4. inZOI doesn't capture the same magic as TS4.
I really don't want to, but if you guys don't fix this bug, I am going to be forced to drop TS4 for my sim story of a decade and adapt to inZOI when it is released. I really don't want to because it will be a huge change, and it will be very hurtful to leave behind the memories of the last 10 years that TS4 helped me to create.
What choice do I have though if this bug does not get fixed? This really is painful...

I think you guys have been looking at your screenshots for too long. I can't even see the difference in half of these examples.
In regards to my previous post. I tried the character creator for inZOI, and although the characters look great, they don't capture the same magic, beauty, and cuteness as the sims in TS4. You know, TS4 is just magic and I don't think any of the current competitors are going to share that same magic.
That said, EA Cade notified me in the eyelids not closing topic that this eyeshape bug is already being tracked by the DEVs. So, I am very happy and very relieved to know that I won't have to switch over to inZOI to continue on with my sim story. After 10 years of using TS4 for my sim story, it really would have been horrible and saddening to leave TS4 behind. That's 10 years of memories, and a lot of the sims that were randomly created are still here today after 10 years because I have aging off. I will say this, you sure do get attached to your sims! Again, inZOI just wouldn't capture the same magic as TS4.

My main character seems not have this eye problem, but this surely affected some townie NPCs' eyes.
I'm not going to continue playing / editing sims in CAS because it will make changes permaneltly.
Wake me up when the EA fixed this so I can get back playing.... Geez.
Oh and inZoi looks beautiful but I think it won't run on my PC because my VRAM is just 4GB. Yet, I can play most of AAA games like Cyberpunk without a problem.
