@paolaelectraAlso, just so you know, an F is a pretty low grade (the lowest in fact, if I'm not mistaken). Basically the highest grade students can have in this game is an A. EDIT: Seems like I was a bit late with this lol.
But I can't quite wrap my head around one thing though; according to the Sims wiki (or FANDOM, if you want), there aren't actually any penalties for children with the lowest grade possible, other than an embarrassed moodlet. Unless if the developers have changed that at some point.
Yeah, I didn’t know kids were taken away for bad grades, although I’ve seen crinrict ask that before.
If you have Get to Work and your kid is sick, just order medicine on the computer and have your kids take it and send them to school. That almost always cures them.

Hi again @xochiquetzl_xkvn !
Well, apparently kid didn't star with a C ☹️
And thanks for the medicine tip, I hate it 'cause once I was accused of taking it without being sick :o How it happened? You know they get sick and five sim minutes later they're fine and then sick again? Well, I asked my sim to take it but it got queued so when he or she finally took it, he or she was fine! and I got a message saying my Sim shouldn't be taking medicine without being sick :S I wonder if it still happens...
Hello @MrMig57 !
It sims they've changed that. But they shouldn't have. But they did. Or just selected Sims? Who knows. Can we consider this a bug?
Thanks for all the help, greatly appreciated!
- crinrict4 years agoHero+@paolaelectra To me this sounds awfully fast to be take away though. I think there used to be a warning at least before they were take) like there is for the baby, it's very hungry, blabl.
I assume you didn't get such warning ?- paolaelectra4 years agoNew Veteran
Hi @crinrict !
Nope, no warning.

Yea, I have also noticed that from time to time with one of my families that ends up constantly getting sick with a cold (and me then having them take some medicine), sometimes they still tend to cough or do another animation indicating that they are still sick, even though they basically aren't anymore.
That is why I only have them take some medicine when I see them having a moodlet gained "From illness". That way I can be certain that they won't get the dazed moodlet from taking medicine when not sick.

I hate it when my doctor, who has earned the "immune to disease" trait also gets sick. I use to give them OJ or make them sleep, they eventually get better. And oh! they only get the dazed moodlet? I thought it was something worse, hehe, I was scared for nothing. thanks @MrMig57 !
Since I want to keep this on topic, I must say, and I'm just hypothesizing here, both my Sim's parents have professions, dad is an Actor, mom is a Home Decorator. Mom got the job once the child became a child, not before. So, maybe professions (those jobs which you can go with your Sims) increases the chance for the game to detect your child Sim as neglected?
