Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Unsure. Play with child Sims
What happens when the bug occurs? Received a warning that Child - Scarlett Huff, - was going to be taken for neglect but all her needs were met, grades were average. Next time I played the save, child is whisked away for neglect but child's grades are average, homework done, all needs met. Whisked away just as siblings are leaving for school. Happened first time and didn't save, restarted game. Second time, saved as after child was taken. Siblings do not receive the warning and are not taken.
What do you expect to see? Child not being taken when all needs are met and grades are average.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
I have a save with 7 children that lived with their mom who died, but the children moved in with Vlad. After their first day with Vlad, I received a warning that one child - Scarlet,- was going to be taken away for neglect. Her grades were average and her needs were met. She went to school and I thought everything was fine. The next day, right as the children leave for school, Scarlet is whisked away. I did not save the game.
Later I tried again. Replayed the same day and this time hired a nanny who cooked a good meal and everyone had a good night sleep. Completed all homework. Scarlet's grades were nearing to upgrade to a B. She was in green mood for all needs. As soon as school was about to start, she was whisked away again! This time I saved as, she is already gone. None of her siblings have received the warning.
I'm not sure what to do, seems like something is bugged.

I appreciate that but at the same time you just seem to be some random person?
@ScenariSimmer I've been looking at lots of saves and have helped many people with their save games to find what's going on. Bit hard to tell from your description what's causing it. It's one of these issues that happens although toddlers and infants are more common then children.
You can of course just wait for EA to fix it though.
