I appreciate that but at the same time you just seem to be some random person?
@ScenariSimmer I've been looking at lots of saves and have helped many people with their save games to find what's going on. Bit hard to tell from your description what's causing it. It's one of these issues that happens although toddlers and infants are more common then children.
You can of course just wait for EA to fix it though.

I came up with a fix but I mostly wanted to to post it here in case others are having the same problem they can push Me Too or add to it. Thanks for the offer, though.

I found an older thread that was mostly about grades: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/Social-Services-takes-away-my-Child-no-warning-low-grades/m-p/10402563#M185019 but there's also posts in there where it's not about grades so it would be good to know what it was for you.- ScenariSimmer2 years agoNew Scout
So what I did was move her out into another family so she wouldn't get taken away. Then I realized that she was initially a toddler who aged up from a toddler to child in one save, when the infants came out, I made a copy of the family and moved them to the gallery. Aged her down to an infant in CAS and then proceeded to re-age her up to toddler then child. Even though it was a new save, she for some reason still was losing grades that whole time. I didn't realize she had an F after all, because I always get confused that the performance bar isn't the grade. So, that was my mistake, But I appreciate your offers to help.
