SP: Spooky, Romantic Garden, Backyard, Vintage Glamour, Bowling Night, Toddler, Landry Day, My First Pet, Moschino, Tiny Living, Paranormal
Kit: Industrial Loft, Desert Luxe. Pastel Pop, Greenhouse Haven, Basement Treasures, Book Nook, Modern Luxe
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?:
Play the Sim at Haunted House Residential Lot or Tiny Home Residential Lot type, then "Move Household" to the Residential Lot or Apartment Lot type using "Sell Furniture".
What happens when the bug occurs?: After buying new Lot and the entering in Live Mode, the Lot Value of pre-house is deducted from the remaining household funds.
What do you expect to see?: Sold house value is not deducted.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods?; Never used
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system?: Maybe from after 2023/Dec/05 update.
See the following pics. You can see the funds displayed in Live Mode is which the Lot Value of pre-house is deducted from the remaining household funds. This symptom also happens if there is nothing in household inventory.

Those above things, I could confirm at now.
I am still trying to get my Sims to save up just in case they don't keep their money, but they should be moving out as soon as my youngest Sim ages into a teenager. They're in the rental lot now, though.
Okay, this is what I am getting for Residential Rentals. I did not get the money it promised me, but the selling furniture and keeping furniture were the same.
