Okay, this is what I am getting for Residential Rentals. I did not get the money it promised me, but the selling furniture and keeping furniture were the same.

Hi, thanks confirming.
Is the funds in the last pic in Live Mode after moving, is not it? It seem that Unit Value was not deducted from remaining funds.
I don't know how to work the system of the residential rental Lot, is there weekly rental amount like an Apartment Lot? And if there is, the amount is 17,388?
The amount deducted from remaining funds seems to be different from Tiny or Haunted Lot.
The symptom remainintg funds is same when moving using Keep Furniture and Sell Furniture from Residential Rental Lot, it's good thing we know.
But in this Bug Report, we treat the symptom of the funds decrease in Live Mode. So, you would like to have a new Bug Report about the symptom of the same remaining funds when moving household using Keep Furniture and Sell Furniture, or to find already being Bug Report and click "Me too".
One Bug Report treats one symptom, please remember.

Did you see the same thing when moving from Residential Rental Lot?
And if possible to attach the pics of the changing funds, it may help to narrow down the problem.

    This bug is still ongoing after Update on 10/01 in case moving from Tiny Home Lot type.
    When the action of moving finished and go in Live Mode, the amount of the Tiny Home Lot Value is again deducted Sim's funds.
