So anyway, after I updated my game I went to CAS and noticed the lack of personality slots.
I asked everyone else about it and one told me check my mods, I told them I didn't have any mods and they suggest I report it here.

and repair the game: open your game library, click Sims 4, and select Manage > Repair.
If that doesn't help, please try playing in a clean user folder. Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, and when you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content. (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you moved but temporarily not read by the game.) Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just start a new save and see whether the traits appear. If not, try clicking the Randomize button.
hello im having the same problem but this time I'm on windows also my cas( cc wont show either i tried repairing the game and deleting all my mods but it still doesn't work I'm stuck and don't know what to do anymore
pls help?
