How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.108.289.1230
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? EPs: All (including Lovestruck) except For Rent GPs: Werewolves, Realm of Magic, Dream Home Decorator, Parenthood SPs: Crystal Creations, Home Chef Hustle, Moschino, Tiny Living, Backyard Stuff, My First Pet, Romantic Garden, Nifty Knitting
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? it happened as soon as I opened CAS after starting a new save.
What happens when the bug occurs? None of the sim's traits show up and theres no option to select them.
What do you expect to see? The traits to appear and be able to be selected.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. It happened when I installed the new pack Lovestruck today. It was working before that.

Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game in a new save.
If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.
In that case EA has asked for saves to look at. There is a thread on how to submit saves.
