@lona_kim Please try this:
- Drag/Move your whole Sims 4 folder from Document > Electronic Arts to your desktop. Or rename it
- Launch Sims 4
- Start with New to test if your issue recurs in a new game.

@luthienrising It's still happening. I even tried repairing the game by ea app but nothing's working

@lona_kim And to confirm, the game behaved like it was brand new when you did the new-user-folder test? If it did, the next step is probably Bug Reports. Make sure to include in your report all the tests you did, including the new save in a new user folder.
If the game didn't behave like it was brand new, you might have some other technical issue, perhaps with your folders. Let me know, and I'll figure out where to send you.

@luthienrisingYeah it acted as if I never played it but I still couldn't see anything. And sometimes I can't even name my sims. I pit in the name and it just comes out as a line, somewhat like this: ______(/)
