There are probably many discussions on this topic but I haven't found a solution for my specific problem. In create-a-sim the traits panel isn't visible so I can't choose traits. I have never used mods or cc so that isn't an issue. I started out on a laptop but recently upgraded to a gaming computer. I downloaded the EA app and all The Sims 4 packs to the new computer and have had nothing but problems. The game lags a lot and freezes constantly and like I said above; the traits panel is missing. I'm sorry for giving my whole life story but I wanted to give as much detail on my issue as possible. Please help me find a solution!
