Got exactly the same issue, no mods/cc, repaired game a number of times, and re-started whole game with a brand new save. very annoying!
been having this same issue since the patch it’s only when i’m trying to create new sims in cas. one thing i’ve found to work is creating my sim then pressing the dice to randomise the traits even though i can’t see the traits it lets me leave cas. once im in live mode i go back into cas full edit and i can see their traits and then i edit them how i want
it’s frustrating that this glitch isn’t just gone but at least there’s a work around
I also had to do that for a while! Mine eventually started showing back up (after I put mods back in AHAHAHA) and I haven’t had issues since. Fingers crossed it stays that way
