[ARCHIVED] [V] Caleb Vatore: broken genetics (eyes)

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Everything.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to CAS, age Caleb up or down. Play with his genetics to make his offspring, siblings, or even parents.
What happens when the bug occurs? Caleb's customized eyes revert to their template version: they become small and differently shaped. This also happens if he is cured of vampirism.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see Caleb's eye shape remain the same despite his age. Also, I expect to see his particular eyes get passed down to offspring or present in his twin (when playing with genetics).
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. To my knowledge, this issue came with Update: 11/9/2017 – PC 1.36.102.1020 / Mac 1.36.102.1220. However, the issue of his eyes changing shape when he is cured of vampirism has been present for some time.

    Hey Crinrict,

    I feel I should elaborate on my post. It is not Caleb's entire face that is affected as the reports above are about - only his eyes.

    Image 1: Teen - small eyes, passed down to offspring

    Image 2: Adult - small eyes, passed down to offspring

    Image 3: Young Adult - original, correct eyes, not passed down to offspring

    This gltich affects only eyes and jaws. Are the jaws not affected ? It gives you small eyes and a wide jaw.

    No, the jaws are not affected. Just the eyes. And it only affects Caleb Vatore.

    Split your save. Might still be the same or a similar issue though

    I'll do some testing.

    Added this to the CAS issues list although a Vampire issue

    Still unsure how far the connection the small eyes, wide jaw issue is .. maybe they just fixed the jaw.

    Anyways, keeping them separate for now.

    Yes, I'm sorry for not elaborating. All of a sudden, it seemed to be completely fixed - both in offspring, younger/older versions, and in the cured vampire version. And now it's suddenly back on. I have taken to generating a completely new Sims 4 folder to see if it was my files that messed things up somehow, but alas to no avail. This is such a weird issue. Why would the eye size of a Sim change under the above circumstances?
