Me too. I'm on Xbox. The Cas for my vampires is not working either. I even tried making them human again and then back to vampire and it didn't work. 

I did make a new vampire to see if it would work and it did so I think our issues is with our existing vampires.

I also use the vampire eyes on my spellcaster and that stopped working too.

I just tried making a new vampire sim (dark form included) as well and they appeared in-game fine so it most likely is an issue with pre-existing vampire sims which is a bit annoying ☹️
