This is so annoying! I change my male sims teeth to vamp ones but when I exit CAS it resets and he has normal teeth again so I have to keep re-doing it but it never seems saves save even when I finish editing in CAS. Does anyone know what is causing this issue? I updated my game to newest patch, only have MCCC, teleport any sim, and pose player installed for mods. Every time it keeps resetting my sims teeth so even if I select and save with vamp teeth, in live mode it keeps showing up as normal teeth & when I go back into CAS it shows as normal too. I also took out my mods and tested this, this still occurs.

2. After I left CAS my sims teeth reset for some reason so he has normal teeth again
3. Went back into CAS and it shows up he has normal teeth even though I selected Vamp teeth and left CAS by clicking check mark and waited to load back into the game
Sorry couldn't put more than three photos, I tested without my mods and still get this issue!
Commenting for visibility and to boost! I'm have the same issue and can confirm my vampire's teeth (and eye color in my case) keeps resetting after exiting CAS.
I have removed mod/cc and tested - it's still an issue.
The same thing is happening to me!!! the fangs stay in their dark forms but i have to keep changing them in their normal forms
