I have had the same issue with all occult sims since the patch for base game before Life & Death. It happens to both played and unplayed households. This is game breaking for occults. I don't know how it's been over a month and they still haven't fixed this yet?!
any eye colour other than basic is not working so that would be vampire, occult, werewolf, and any colour in between unless its basic is NOT working this is sooo unfair when we have paid for these packs and there is NO fix in sight or acknowledgment which is soooo so poor on there part.
I will not be buying any more add on till my issues are fixed, including this one the festivals a mess and dates re working. plus now I have ashes not being left in households that I was not playing. once there all fixed I will buy add ons again.
