What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have all the packs installed with all stuffs
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Check the occult sims (vampires) the features like fangs and baggy eyes disappear while he/she is in normal form when i go to the live mode
What happens when the bug occurs? The features of the occult sims disappear while i go to the live mode. It happens everytime when i try to change them in the CAS and then i go back to the live mode
What do you expect to see? I want to see this problem fixed quickly

The features of the occult sims disappear while i go to the live form. I like to play with vampires and when i put the facial features in their face in the CAS while they're in normal form i can put them. But when i go to the live mode the features disappear. Not matter how many times i try to change my sims, it happens the same thing everytime i go to the live form. So please fix this bug
