I shouldn’t have bought Life and Death, and I shouldn’t have updated the game!

It’s been 2 months and there’s no official reply

I don't need the event rewards that appear in the middle, because I don't even celebrate Halloween and Christmas

@Wan_FengLin If there was at least an acknowledgement by the QA team that there is even something in the works to a fix that would be better than having nothing to report at this rate; I haven't been able to play my main saves since this bug and have completely dropped my interest in Sims altogether.

    @paradiseplanet27 I know, it's frustrating. They are doing this on the other eye bug issues topic as well. No responses, no feedback, and just ignoring the community. If they would at least say something and keep us updated, then that would be most appreciated. I haven't been able to play the game since the patch before Lovestruck because that's when the eyes became bugged. I am storyteller, and I can no longer take screenshots because of these eye bug issues which breaks the game for me.

        I thought the same , leave this game in such a poor state that youd be happy to jump to their next game. Obviously thats where 99% of their team and funding  are atm since we cant even get an acknowledgment.

      @rjssim Another eye-related problem, someone offered to help fix it, even without commission, but nothing happened

      @rjssim It is unlikely to be intentional. If it was intentional, why would the CAS interface show special teeth and eyes?
