[ARCHIVED] [V] [ROM] Occult eyes/features disappear when entering live mode

I play on a Windows PC (without Mods) and created a witch with occult eyes (completely white) on 12.01.2025 - i.e. before the latest update -; one day and thus 16 hours of play later I opened the Camara via the phone and promptly my witch was no longer “blind”, but had light brown, then blue and then light brown eyes again, just after each reload and trying to undo via CAS.... That was also the last day I played Sims 4.

When I found it here in the forum, I was and still am shocked at how long this bug has existed and I can certainly understand that it takes away a lot of fun from the game and the lack of response from EA is incredibly frustrating.

This is now the 4th bug that prevents me and my way of playing Sims 4 from playing the game the way I enjoy it (what's the point of continuing to play a blind witch who isn't blind?). I actually started the witch out of “pure desperation” because I'm so frustrated with the Cottage Living bug with the dying chickens and can't continue playing my family because of it. ☹️

That was my last attempt to play Sims 4, as the many bugs and lack of response from EA just make me even more demotivated to start a new game. If the bugs are fixed at some point, I might start Sims 4 again. However, maybe I'm just too spoiled by other publishers... 🤨
