I've tried changing things in CAS but it still has the same problem. Here's a image of that as well.

I personally had the same issue and have been trying to fix it for a while, for me I fixed it by...

1. Enter CAS

2. Unlink werewolf form

3. In werewolf form click on the eyes to bring up the default eye options

4. Select any of the options

5. Issue should be resolved and you can then modify the shape however you like

    Oh I know that fix. But I would LOVE to not have to do that to have a functional werewolf form.
