Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Open the game and find that the werewolf sim is deformed, especially the face.
What happens when the bug occurs? The sims face is deformed and it doesn't change, not even when the werewolf sim turns to their werewolf form and then turns back to human. The human form is deformed. It's also defomed in CAS.
What do you expect to see? I expect the sim to show their original features and in a normal way.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
Some werewolves have this issue in the human form. They show up completely deformed, especially the face.
If you try to edit it in CAS (with or without fulleditmode) nothing helps the face. The rest of the body, which also had weird deformities, reverted back to normal after putting new clothes to the sim. Trying to change the features of the face to other premade faces does not help. Changing the clothes, or hair, or removing them does nothing either. I removed everything including accessories and it changed nothing.
I tried to turn them to their werewolf form and back, but the human form still had this problem. They seem to show werewolf features in the human form (long mouth, dog ears). I also tried to remove the werewolf trait altogether, but the sim still shows this problem, even when they aren't a werewolf anymore. It seems it's broken forever. Uploading the sim to the gallery shows them deformed too.
The strange thing is I discovered the sims are perfectly fine in the winter clothes outfit, even when I removed every item they had. So, they are dressed exactly the same in every outfit, but the face looks deformed in all the outfits except the winter outfit.
I attach the images both from the sim "deformed" and the sim "normal" in the winter outfit.
