I believe werewolves gain fury from the full moon and from temperaments (and from doing werewolf actions). Currently there’s a bug where new werewolves created in CAS have 0 temperaments instead of the 1 they used to start with. They still gain them as they level up. Maybe that’s why it’s starting slower than you remember?

@PipMenace YES! I think you are right. I started with no temperament at all. So I groomed my werewolf a BUNCH & he finally started to gain fury.

Also. If anyone else has this issue I restarted my computer completely & when I loaded back into the game my werewolf did have a slight bit of fury that was absolutely not there before.
