[ARCHIVED] [W] XP resetting points/Level/No more points

This issue is still in game and restrain some werewolves to progress. I have two werewolves like this, the other are fine, so I tried to see what could cause this, I test many many things. Starting with:

Reputation: Both sims dont have the same reputation, one bad, one good, so its likely not the issue.

Fame: One was famous and the other not, and I tried to make him not famous and it did not change anything. Try to remove the querks and perks of the fame system, as separate test and no outcomes.

Lifestyle: No finding there too, removed all lifestyle and compare on both, and nothing suggest it would cause an issue, my werewolves are still not able to get new xp.

Traits: no finding there too. Both have different traits, one with many reward traits and the other one none.

Temperments: Both have different temperments that they share with other werewolves that dont have the issue, so again, dead end, not conclusion, it should not be related to this.

Likes/dislikes: I did not test this yet. Both have a lot.

Werewolves perks: I can say that I have a werewolf with all perks and he still can receive new xp while filling up his xp bar, so its likely not a perks problem...

Conclusion: I dont see anything that they share together or different from the other werewolves who are fine... This is very complicated and as far as I know, these are the only two werewolves that have the issue, but one is my favorite of them all and I cant progress 😢

Workaround: So I tried finding work around. I made my buggy werewolf create the moonpetal punch, it did not do anything, I dont know what it is supposed to do btw, its been a long time since playing with werewolves because they are so buggy... so if its supposed to reset perks points, it definitely did not work.

I also tried the cure my werewolf with wolf be gone potion, wich worked. Then I had him be bitten again by a werewolf to turn back into one and see if the xp bar unstuck, no luck, still stuck, although i could choose new perks (he had 15 xp)

Then I tried killing him with my spellcaster and my goal was to revive him, and invite him in the household, because when he died he was like not renting the place he live at anymore. But as you all know, there is a bug with moving right now, and I was frozen to the bugged move in interface 😬 Lovely game, then I was frustrated and decided to quit finding solution...
